Mohamed Al Shehab, VP – Corporate Finance & Investor Relations – Noga holding

Mohamed Al Shehab has extensive experience in the banking and corporate finance industry, in the capital market and syndicated loan transactions, financial performance, and analysis. He joined The Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C.(c) (“nogaholding”) as Portfolio and Investor Relation Manager – Investments in 2020. Mohamed currently holds the Vice President, Corporate Finance & Investor Relations role at nogaholding, where he is responsible for securing funding for capital investment opportunities. Mohamed’s role also includes setting and executing the financing strategy for the Group, as well as evaluating investment opportunities in line with the group’s sustainability strategy and maintaining investor relations for nogaholding portfolio companies. Mohamed is also involved in the corporate and ESG strategy for the group and leads the risk management function at nogaholding. Mohamed also served as a Vice President at Barclays Bank PLC, in London, United Kingdom and he was also Assistant Vice President and a Business Analyst at Barclays Corporate Investment Bank. His roles at the Bank included risk management, product origination, coverage, and business management & strategy for International Corporates. Mohamed Al Shehab holds an M.Sc. degree in Managerial and Financial Economics and a Certificate in Global Risk Management from HEC Paris. Mohamed earned a BSc in Business Administration from the McDonough of Business at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, U.S.A, majoring in Finance and Operations and Information Management with a double minor in Economics and Philosophy. He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Credit Skills and passed CFA qualification Level 1, 2, and 3 examinations.

Agnieszka Wójcik-Czerniawska, Associate Professor at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Poland; Department of Management and Finance. The Ph.D. of Economics field Management is based on a case study expertise of four biofuel and petrol enterprises in Brazil. MBA in Spanish in ICEX-CECO- Madrid about International Enterprises. Visiting Professor at many foreign Universities in Europe (Italy, Spain,) and World (Peru, Kenya) as a member of the European Union programme Staff Mobility Erasmus.
The areas of research are connected with energy technology, renewable resources, sustainable development, e-economy, modern finance, finance technology, digital currency, and financial isolation.
Agnieszka Wójcik-Czerniawska participated in many international conferences all around the world including the “World Finance Conference” in Torino 2022, Italy, and the “World Banking and Finance Symposium” at Florida International University in Miami, USA in December 2022.
