The International Conference on Sustainability and Resilience is the fourth of the series of conferences and provides an international forum for presentations and discussion of research in all areas of engineering, business and science involving the design, planning and construction of sustainable built environments. The first conference was held at Art Rotana Amwaj in 2018, and the second and third editions was held online in 2020 and 2021 with accepted papers published in IEEE Xplore (SCOPUS Indexed):
